How it works on every platform
ChatterEase is not a plugin or an app. Every site gets the same script tag, with your own agent ID in it. Only the place you paste it changes from platform to platform.
Copy your code
In ChatterEase, go to Dashboard, then AI agents. Open your agent and copy the script from the Embed tab.
Paste it into your site
Put it in your site-wide footer code area, or just before the closing </body> tag, so it loads on every page.
Publish and check
Publish your site, open it in a private window, and look for the launcher in the bottom-right corner. Ask it a question.
This is what the code looks like:
<script async src="https://chatterease.com/embed/YOUR_AGENT_ID/widget.js"></script>Copy your own from the Embed tab. It has your agent ID where this example says YOUR_AGENT_ID.
Before you install, make sure your agent knows your business. The docs show how to train it on your website and files, and the industry guides suggest which pages to start with.
Common questions
No. There is no ChatterEase plugin or app. You add one script tag to your site, using whatever custom code or footer code setting your platform has.
Log in to ChatterEase and go to Dashboard, then AI agents. Open the agent you want on your site and click the Embed tab. The code there already has your agent ID in it.
In your site-wide footer code area, or just before the closing </body> tag. Both make it load on every page. Each platform guide shows the exact menu to use.
The script loads with the async attribute, so the browser keeps building your page while it downloads. The chat window runs in its own frame, separate from your site's code.
The usual causes are a page cache that needs clearing, changes saved but not published, checking in an editor preview instead of the live site, or a platform plan that does not allow custom code. If your site has a Content-Security-Policy, it must allow https://chatterease.com in script-src and frame-src.

Very likely. If you can add a script to your site's footer or before the closing </body> tag, ChatterEase works. The HTML guide covers the general steps.
