1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatterEase, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind yourself or your organization, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ChatterEase provides a SaaS platform that allows businesses to:

  • •Train AI chatbots on that content
  • •Deploy chatbots via embeddable widgets
  • •Manage conversations through a dashboard

3. Accounts and Registration

  • •You must provide accurate information
  • •You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • •Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • •One person or entity per account
  • •You may not share accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use ChatterEase to:

  • •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • •Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • •Upload malicious code, malware, or viruses
  • •Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • •Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
  • •Attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
  • •Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
  • •Train chatbots on content you do not own
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to ChatterEase. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Our Service

ChatterEase, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ChatterEase and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Billing

  • •Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • •Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
  • •Payment processed by Lemon Squeezy
  • •Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • •No refunds for partial months (except within 7-day satisfaction window)
  • •Price changes: 30 days notice via email

7. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by You

  • •Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard
  • •Access continues until end of billing period
  • •No pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellation

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • •Violate these Terms
  • •Fail to pay after 14-day grace period
  • •Engage in fraudulent activity

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATTEREASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; service interruptions or downtime; or third-party actions or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; AI responses will be accurate or complete; or the service will meet your specific requirements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ChatterEase against claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration before litigation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
