Flat pricing, no per-seat fees

Every plan has a monthly conversation limit and there is no metered overage — you are never billed per extra conversation. On a paid plan the AI agent stops answering new conversations until your next billing period, and we email you before you reach the limit rather than letting you find out at the worst moment. On the Free plan, usage simply resets on the first of each month. You can upgrade at any time and the new limits apply immediately.

Yes. Start on the Free plan with no credit card: one AI agent, 70 conversations a month and 3 documents, for as long as you like. When you want more you can activate a one-time 14-day trial of a paid plan, again with no card. The trial runs on that plan's own limits — 500 conversations a month on Starter, 2,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Pro — and there is no overage billing, so the agent stops at the limit rather than charging you. Nothing is taken when the trial ends: you drop back to the Free plan unless you explicitly choose a paid subscription, and you keep your training data and settings.

Plenty of small businesses stay on the Free plan while they test the waters. When you need more volume, Starter at $14.99 a month covers a single AI agent and 500 conversations. Move to Growth when you want lead capture and a leads dashboard, or Pro if you need your own logo, white-label and unlimited AI agents.

Support platforms like Intercom price per agent, so the bill grows with your team size even if your question volume does not. We price per plan instead, which is usually cheaper once you have more than one support agent.

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals; if you also want a refund for time you have not used, that is a separate request under our Refund Policy.

You can request a refund for your first paid subscription within 7 calendar days of that first successful payment. The 7 days cover that initial charge only, not later renewals, and duplicate or incorrect charges can be raised at any time. Nothing here limits any refund right your local consumer law gives you. Yes, annual billing is discounted against paying month to month. Annual plans are 20% off: Starter is $143.90 a year, Growth $287.90 and Pro $479.90. Local tax is calculated at checkout.
