About ChatterEase

An AI customer support platform for businesses that would rather answer every question than lose one.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

ChatterEase lets you train an AI agent on your own website and documents. The agent then answers your customers' questions on your site, using the content you gave it, and hands the conversation to a person when it is not confident.

What ChatterEase does

Most support questions are repetitive: where is my order, how do I reset my password, do you ship overseas, can I book for Saturday. Answering them costs you time you would rather spend on the work that needs you.

You give ChatterEase the sources it should know (your help pages, your product PDFs, your FAQs, or just the URL of your site) and it builds an agent from them. The agent is embedded on your website with one line of code. It reads the questions, looks up the answer in your content, and replies. When it cannot find a confident answer it says so and offers to pass the visitor to you, usually with their details attached.

Your customers get an answer at two in the morning, and you get to stop answering the same question for the fortieth time.

Who it is for

ChatterEase suits businesses whose questions repeat and whose customers would rather ask than wait. In practice that means:

  • •Small businesses that cannot justify a full-time support hire yet, but are losing leads to unanswered messages.
  • •SaaS companies whose users ask the same setup and billing questions over and over.
  • •Ecommerce stores dealing with order status, delivery and return questions all day.
  • •Restaurants fielding questions about menus, opening hours, bookings and dietary requirements.
  • •Hotels and other service businesses answering the same pre-arrival and post-visit questions.
  • •Anyone whose support inbox is mostly a backlog of questions the website already answers.

If you are not sure whether it fits, the use cases page shows what the agent looks like answering real questions for each kind of business.

The story behind ChatterEase

Hey, I'm Ismail, the founder of ChatterEase.

I've spent a lot of time building software, launching products, solving problems, and learning from things that didn't work out.

One thing I kept running into was customer support.

Every time I launched something, I found myself answering the same questions over and over. How does this work? How much does it cost? Can it do this? Sometimes I'd spend more time responding to messages than actually improving the product.

And when I wasn't around to reply, potential customers were left waiting.

I started looking into AI customer support tools, but many were either too complicated, too expensive, or packed with features I didn't really need.

I just wanted something simple. Something that could learn about my product, answer common questions, capture potential customers, and let me step in when a real conversation was needed.

That's how ChatterEase started.

What began as a solution to my own problem turned into something I wanted to share with other founders, startups, and businesses facing the same challenges.

My goal isn't to build the most complicated AI platform out there. It's to build something genuinely useful, affordable, and easy to set up without needing a technical background.

I'm still building, improving, and learning from the people using it. Every piece of feedback helps me make ChatterEase better.

If ChatterEase gives you back even a few hours of your week, then it's doing exactly what I built it to do.

What we are trying to do

Our mission is to make AI customer support simple, affordable and useful for ordinary businesses.

Simple means you can get an agent working in an afternoon without an engineer. Affordable means the price is published and small enough that a single saved support hire pays for it. Useful means the agent is honest when it does not know, and gets out of the way when a human is needed. Everything else is detail.
